If not, it is my desire that after all my debts & funeral accounts is paid all the rest of my est I lend to my wife enduring her widowhood all but as much as those children not married to have equal to those that is married & at her death or widowhood to be equally divided. If any of the children dies without heirs at their death, their parts to be equally divided with the rest of their bros & sisters." Wit: Peter Cashwell, John Ham & Joseph Higginbotham."
