Her bible, used in St. Louis Missouri in school in 1879 when she was 10 years old, is in possession of Lonnie Dale Chrisman. The bible is written in German, but some genealogical notes are written within in English. !Death: Oregon Death Index: "Elizabeth A. Haines" Spouse=John, Place=Marion Co. The birthdate in the index appears to be a typo, says 1892. Viola confirmed that she died in 1961 or 1962 (confirmed in Nov 1994 over phone.
