Jesse Vinson, Sarah Vinson, and Elizabeth Wilson, all children of Jacob Vinson, all of Sussex Co., sell land called "Vinson's Choice" to their brother Isaac Vinson for 20 pounds. The land "was patented by the proprietor of Maryland unto a certain James Vinson at that time in the State of Maryland but at this time in the State of Delaware." Deal handled by attorneys James P.
