(Although WM(1)21:37 says it was proved 4 May 1720. Will mentions his son Simon, Eleanor Miller wife of Mr. Elliston, and Jane Miller wife of "Thomas Hord, Gentleman." On 14 Jan 1692, he was a resident of Essex Co., Virginia (gift to Thomas Parker, School Master, in Records of Richmond County). He was later a resident of Richmond County where his father left him an estate.
