Mag., 1898, pg. 116]. Reads: "1793, Oct 13. Daniel Snow, of Hampden, and Betsey Brooks, of Orrington" !Census (1850): Orrington Maine, Daniel Snow, 77, Farmer, 2000, b. Mass [!], Betsey Snow, 73, b. Snow, 33, b. Maine, Louisa P., 6, b. Maine. !Census (1800): Hancock Co., Maine. Daniel Snow, 2 males under 10, 1 male 26-45, 1 female under 10, 1 female 16-26. Either he is the Daniel Snow living in Canaan, Lincoln Co., Maine in 1790 (about 40 miles west of Orrington) with 1 male over 16 living alone, or he is not enumerated in that census. Probably it was him. (Census was looked up for me courtesy of Bob Bowers (BobLex@AOL.com, 12/12/94). Neither he nor his wife were found in the 1860 census of Orrington, Maine. !Will: 1860. Appears in Penobscot Co. Probate Index, Book 21, p.237, probate in Book 46, pg. 40, with additional stuff in 42.558, 46.332 (B.), and 46.333 (let). Josef Ugro says he lived in Hampden for a while, then returned to Orrington.
